24-hr Cancellation policy

Your appointment is very important to me. Time is set aside especially for you to relax and unwind, while I do the work. I understand that life happens and schedule adjustments may be necessary. I request at least 24 hours notice before cancellation, otherwise, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the amount of the reserved service(s).

If an appointment is made within the 24 hour period and needs to be cancelled, you must cancel within 2 hours of the appointment time. Otherwise, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the reserved service amount.

Please ensure correct emails and/or phone numbers are provided when booking online. Courtesy emails and/or texts will be sent out, unless you choose to opt out.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without providing sufficient notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are personally reserved for you, a cancellation fee will apply. A credit card is required to book and keep on file, and will not be charged at the time of booking. Your card will only be charged if cancellation fee applies.

To the best of my ability, I will always try to accommodate clients under certain circumstances, such as running behind, stuck in traffic, trouble finding parking, etc. Your tardiness can affect the remainder of my day by delaying other clients who come in on time. For this reason, I have a few general ground rules in these cases. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period. After that time, I will call/text to check in with you. If you are unable to make it, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it in the time allotted for you. If I contact you and you are unable to make it, you forfeit your appointment and will get charged a no call, no show fee (100%). Please give me a courtesy message/call/text if you think you may late. The earlier I know, the higher the possibility of me fitting you in without disrupting the flow of the day. If you are unable to make it and cancel within the 24 hour window, a fee of 100% of your appointment will be charged.

Again, please remember that your appointment is reserved for you and only you. This policy allows me the opportunity to alert standby clients of any openings, thus allowing me to provide the best service possible.
